With an outdated brand, a recruitment website which didn't convert or allow them any flexibility the full FoxNitro treatment was required. The new brand and guidelines with a fresh approach to their online website.

New branding

Their old logo was tired and too generic. They wanted something to represent their global reach as well as depicting a young and fast-growing company. We initially researched and developed a set of brand clours and typefaces which led us to create their new identity.

New Online Platform

The incumbent website was slow, inflexible giving the wrong impression and making it hard for candidates to search for jobs and apply. By also integrating Bullhorn we were able to increase effectivity by reducing the amount of duplication involved.

UX Design

With over 70% of users in the IT sector looking at the site in mobile we designed the platform in a mobile-first approach. This allowed us to concentrate the UI on the interface that matters.

Flexible & Future proof

They've recently added new sectors and new team members and with this the website is also growing in content and visitors too.
